Shipping policy

At Red Mud Coffee Roasters, we aim to make your shopping experience as happy as possible. We do our best to make sure all the products you have ordered are in stock at the time of purchase, any delays or issues will be communicated with you asap.

Please read our terms carefully prior to purchase as we do not take any returns for change of mind.

  • Flat rate for shipping beans, under $150 is $15.00, free freight over $150.
  • We aim to ship within 48 hours of order. If there are any delays, we will let you know asap. We also offer free pickup at our roastery in Maleny. Details will be on your confirmation email. Just click on the pick-up button instead of delivery! 
  • Please ensure all your correct delivery details are available and be aware that couriers will re-charge you if you are not home to accept delivery. Deliveries are during business hours only. Deliveries are generally door to door only unless specified. 
  • All Fresh Products/Coffee must be returned to us within 3 days for inspection. Please see our returns page for more information.
  • All products must be inspected for faults within 24 hours of delivery, issues photographed and emailed to coffee@redmudroasters.com.au as soon as possible so we can rectify. You will be offered a replacement if possible or refund.  We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.

Red Mud Coffee Roasters are not responsible for delays in delivery, we will always do our best to keep you informed of any disruption in your delivery. We want you to have your purchase a soon as possible!
