Where do I manage my subscriptions?
Can I edit items, skip, pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can. We want to help you by keeping things flexible and simple. We know how things can change - you can find yourself with a bit of a surplus, miscalculate your needs, have visitors or just want more of our great coffee. If you’re moving, going away for a week or two or want to try something different, that’s okay. Just go to your customer account and make the changes you need. Make sure you save the changes before logging out. If you have any problems, please email us at coffee@redmudroasters.com.au
How often will I be charged?
You’ll be charged each time a delivery is processed, based on your chosen frequency. We process orders on Tuesday. You will need to let us know 24 hours before we process your order to make sure your changes are known to us.
How much does shipping cost?
Our standard shipping costs apply for subscriptions, including free shipping for subscriptions over $150.
Will there be changes to the cost of my subscription?
Our pricing reflects value, consistency and transparency. This means that subscription pricing may be subject to change in-line with any changes in our retail pricing or standard shipping charges. We will notify you if there are any changes to your subscription price.
