At Red Mud Roasters, we believe great coffee starts with great beans. That’s why we exclusively source specialty coffee beans, celebrated for their superior quality and flavour. Specialty coffee beans have an SCA score of 80 points or above on a 100-point scale. The SCA scoring focuses on quality and flavour but also considers other factors involved in producing the coffee beans, such as sustainability practices and ethical sourcing. 

Each bean is ethically sourced and Fair Trade certified, ensuring a positive impact on the farmers and the communities who grow them. Our coffee collection, featuring premium Single Origins and expertly crafted blends, is roasted right here in Maleny on the Sunshine Coast to deliver exceptional taste and freshness.
